    The fridge includes a chilled water dispenser in the door. It is not plumbed, so you’ll just need to top it up as needed (holds approx. 2 litres).

“The Den”

Tucked away at the rear of the cottage, The Den is your own private outdoor pavillion designed for relaxed evenings and quiet enjoyment. A place to unwind with glass of wine, enjoy a game of pool, or simpy settle in switch off.

Inside The Den, you’ll find:

  • TV
  • Bluetooth speaker
  • Bar fridge

Whether it’s a quiet drink, a game of pool, or a full tournament situation, The Den is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Please be mindful of the noise

The Foxman Cottage is located in the heart of Broke Fordwich, one of the Hunter Valley’s most relaxed and authentic wine regions.

Transport

Broke is a small village and rideshare services are not reliably available. We recommend arranging private transfers in advance for weddings, winery visits and dining.
